It took him only seconds to realize the act had been futile. She wasn't here. Pausing, He glanced upwards to the glittered sky, stars abundant and lay unobstructed in the night. He realised then why this place had been so special to Her, and it was Her sanctuary that He had just trespassed.
A fleeting glance confirmed that the guards were headed his way as He started on his escape.
