I just realised today how fragile girls really are.
#1 Most of them can't even lift two dozen of packet drinks.
#2 They panic really easily and very very quickly.
#3 They are damn blur.
#4 I accidentally scratched one with my really short nails. She really has tofu skin.

Despite all that is said, girls are indeed a resilient bunch. Even though they do not possess the strength to lift those heavy purchases it did not deter them in any way as they still gave their all and tried as hard as they could.

They smile in the face of adversities and dust themselves off when they make their "sotong" mistakes.

They only complain half as much as I do yet work twice as hard as I have.

They are really something all together aren't they ?!

It's decided then. That if the chance ever arises, I would definitely take it without hesitation, at this very moment anyways; A ticket to leave this insufferable place. I hate the people here, the stifling humidity and not to mention the lack of appreciation for my talents.

London at first glance would be an ideal place to start. If that is, the discriminations would ever be erased along with the stereotypes and racism. Okay. Maybe stereotypes can stay, 'cause they're fun. But the coloured lens of racism must go, for they are downright despicable and irritable.

I wonder sometimes if I was ever as annoying as my brothers. Immature...yes... but forced to grow up quickly nonetheless. Much more quickly than they'll ever need to. Disgusting little buggers, they. Imbeciles in their own arrogant rights. Fools that fail to envision their incurable disease,which is being retarded. The foreseen outcome, a degenerative spiral downwards that will soon be met with inevitable and devastating demise.

It is no doubt imperative that I must shake them from their cotton candy cloud 9 but alas, I've grown quite weary and frankly irritated at my futile attempts at rehabilitating these worthless pricks.

Perhaps I should leave these imps to their own devilish devices for awhile and focus on my own current well-being. Still...It is still infuriating to see. Is it not ?!

The intoxicating smell of rain has once again rekindled my arrogant self. Humility, I keep telling myself, is the only way to prevent my now volatile psyche from erupting in a violent vehemence.

And life as always, would, one fine day choose to dispel my long line of self-confident qualities. The slow build up of events that lead up to my catalytic dream last night. Sigh....

Tears. It has been quite some time now. The unrestrained chain of wetness, impervious and immune to all sorts of ebbing control now wet on my pillow. Feelings of old and new resurfacing; the experience vivid and fresh.

Life. It’s a beautiful thing, despite the utter ugliness form of man.

Digging his feet into the soft white sand once more, the Prince, a mere shadow of his former self had returned to the island once more. The salty winds blew gently across his face. How he had missed her gentle caress.

The surrounding archipelagos now deserted. His winged comrades each, had long left these desolate islands.
Isla Dementia. Land of the Dreaded.

He sat there beneath the trio of tall palm trees that have grown majestically during his absence. The sea sprayed tiny droplets of spittle with each crashing wave. Ahh...The nostalgia. He remembered the days, where he would just recline against the bark, sprawled in the shade, and crying his heart out.

A drink to death.

5.30pm

It pains me just to see him lying there. His sickly and weak body just resting there, inhaling deeply, like every breath would be his last. His skin, like wet paper, was covered with bruises, formed from the slightest of trauma.

He was tied down, restraints put in place to keep him from removing the oxygen mask. The sole apparatus that is keeping him alive.
Too weak to breathe let alone talk, yet he was still adamant in taking the mask that obscured his speech. Perhaps he was desperately trying to tell us his last words. His dying will.
He never got to say them.

Nonetheless, the arrests did not prevent him from trying. His skin became torn as a result of his abrasive struggles.

He also drifted in and out of coma. Unable to respond directly but we knew that he could still hear us. His heart rate spiked whenever we called out his name.

He passed away 20 minutes ago. After enduring nights from the painful effects of pneumonia, he finally passed on. To a better place my cousin put it.

People will ask if I was close to my grandfather.
My answer regrettably will always be. “Not as close as I wished we were."

The sadness will inevitably pass with time. The memories of him however will not.

And then there will be the hatred for my sorry excuse of a brother. That retarded scumbag had the nerve to continue playing his game instead of informing me of the death of our, correction, my grandfather.

These few days has been... well irritably disappointing and unproductive, You might have guessed as much since I'm here blogging once again instead of devoting more time to my studies. Taking breaks are important, I guess... but when these respites extend longer than they should, it just leaves me tired, too fatigue to go on. Resting begets further repose. Time spent on meaningless and useless exertions that not only exhaust but also depreciates my already prostrate efforts. Fuck. Physics was a bore. Stupid science subjects. How I wished I had taken up an arts subject like Literature instead.

Wearing that pair of dirty old leather loafers had at the very least pruned away at least half of my ego. I guess that's what it is, self-confidence, something that cannot be actually conferred unto by others but must in fact originate from oneself. To feel confident is to feel good about yourself, and tonight, HAHA I sure fucking did.

But I couldn’t help but wonder if this was enough; if I could actually be capable of achieving more than this meagre sum I had on my platter, if I could at least soar high enough to claw at the clouds.

Nonetheless, the walk to collect my certificate had me shake with trepidation and anxiety. Maybe it was the shoes I thought. Ugly shoe would evidently result in shame and humiliation. But alas, the epiphanic moment hit me when my mind was taking a short but necessary respite just before my body hyper-ventilated and the neuron-circuitries began shutting down itself. Yes, the problem had all along been about......

Someday I swear, my pride would be my ultimate downfall. And I highly doubt people really understands what pride is to me. If you insult my pride then you had better be prepared to suffer the consequences or... Have a really good pacifying plan.

Perhaps I've really been spoilt to the bones, with material comforts and servants, heck... My whole life have been a giant fairytale, with me being the prince of course. With all the inflated ego and attention given to me; and the oppressed teenage-hood I had further aggravating this problem. Even now, I'm still that naive kid.

Hubris. Once again. My fatal flaw, my achilles heel if you will. My bane and my kryptonite.

Short story

'Boom!' The earth around exploded as dirt splattered everywhere. A massive sapphire hand had cratered the ground, the exact spot where the injured Prince was a split second ago. Before the dust clouds could begin to settle, the blue giant regained its fury of assault; flailing its monstrous arm around, every attack inching closer to clipping the Prince.

Marvellous creature this golem. The Prince thought to himself as he admired the cerulean exterior of the creature. The golem was a towering fifteen feet behemoth of pure mineral, undoubtly of sapphire origins as it gave the colossal brute an unnatural azure shine. It was somewhat humanoid in nature, taking the frame of a well built barbarian and despite its size, the Prince soon realised that it was supernaturally quick and amazingly flexible. He shielded himself just in time as a mammoth punch slammed into him. He felt as though the weight of the world had smashed against him, sending him flying for at least half a league and knocking the wind out of him.

Performing a back flip in mid-air, the disorientated Prince was able to land on his feet, skidding some distance along the sandy ground. He was acutely nimble his whole life being part Slyvian but he knew it was going to take him every ounce of Imprerium blood, the other half of his ancestry; that he could muster to slay the wretched golem.

That was close. He thought to himself as he unsheathed the silver dirk he carried with him at all times. N'hrive or Neverwinter as it was called. The passing of ancient blades have always been the tradition of the Slyvian elves just as Imperiuems pass down their regalia and in the Prince’s case, the Domeduathea. NightMask. Both pieces he owned, Regalia and Dirk were not just prized trophies within the families, but in fact legendary artefacts that had their fair share of combat in the darker times. One mind, any weapon, recalling the words of his father.

Flexibility masters hardness, the Prince muttered to himself as he began preparing himself. He steadied his breathing, shifting the weight of his body, priming himself as the enormous monstrosity charged once more as though impervious to the call of fatigue.

Neverwinter glistened in the sun, making as though the Prince wielded a ball of wispy slivery light in his right hand. The golem, a monument of sapphire blue rampaged forward, a wrecking ball promising banal carnage and cataclysmic Armageddon.

Spoilt brat

For once in a very long time, I found myself exceptionally broke. Left beggared and humbled much. The incident yesterday brought to my attention that I, with much regret to say, have been spoilt rotten to the bones. This sudden epiphany smacked me right in the face. I cannot live without money, more so than every other person. The addiction with material goods has left me... well, dependant and compulsively hooked. The fanatism that accompanies the inability to spend has drained me physically like some form of real ailment. The malady leaves me irritated and frustrated, very much to my dismay.

Progress in my academic studies has been slowed. Procrastination being one of the main forms of impeding forces; physical exhaustion from games and lack of motivation also, just to name a few more. This miasma of tardiness and lethargy has definitely posed itself as one of the more troublesome matters at hand.

Sigh... I just need more time. Yes. More time. About 150 years would do.

Often, the idea of doing or possessing something is much stronger than actually having accomplish the deed itself. The seed of notion often amplifies our desires and wants. We covet because we relish at the thought of owning the new, the need for novelty.

Confounding us through means of entertainment and amusement.

But at some point of time, all of us would have to grow up. Leave our cocoon of immaturity behind as we spread our wings and soar. To even greater heights to boot.

Making the hard choices.

Well...where should I even begin? Prelims at AC are earlier than those in other schools, about two weeks, which I find is just absolutely ridiculous! We have lesser time to study for it and being a renowned party-animal/procrastinator/hardcore gamer doesn’t make the above any easier. Motivation to study is at a new time low which is definitely a problem. The only thing keeping me in the game is thought of being able to finally play Nox after the prelims. Man...I swear I'm gonna party so hard after the prelims....

Anyways, this post is actually dedicated?! to a dream that I had just now. In essence, it is about me trapped in a concrete room with no possible way of escaping as the psycho that locked me in is well... camping outside the tomb. I have a revolver, fully loaded but due to the space constraint I am unable to point the muzzle at the concrete door. And basically, I, being such a beast actually chose to shoot myself in the head and end up waking in cold sweat and a pounding headache.

I relished at the thought that wow...I actually had the balls to end myself if necessary but to take my own life so lightly...

Where will you be if not by my side? Where would you be when the world ends? Where would you be if not here?

Added a few of my own ideas as well.

1- You are not safe. EVER.

2- Cardio- Be able to run for an extended period of time. Get in shape people !
If you can’t outrun the zombies, YOU WILL DIE.

3- Always carry a minimum of 2 reliable, lethal weapons (I can not stress "ALWAYS" enough)

4- Better safe than stupid (example- use your head; cut off theirs!)

5- Know where you will be sleeping before the sun sets. Be prepared to move out before daybreak.

6- Travel light- No dead weight (this goes for both objects you carry and people you're with. If someone can't pull their own, ditch them)

7- Save one bullet (do I need to elaborate?)

8- Dress smart (Tight-fitting, comfortable clothing, with slim, accessible pockets, and preferably velcro-sneakers) SUIT UP !

8a- Wear protective clothings that are 'Bite-Resistant?!'. Gloves and Mask especially to stop those pesky zombie guts from flying into your mouth !

9- Do(n't) be a hero

10- Only pull the trigger if you're ok with every ghoul within hearing-distance knowing exactly where dinner is.

11- Stay nourished and healthy (if you're living off canned food, make sure to take multi-vitamins! And remember, if you get sick, there's no hospital to treat you)(and remember, always use a condom! You really don't want herpes during a zombie apocalypse)

12- Drive safe! (And by that of course I mean drive in a hummer or a large SUV with bars welded to all the windows, and if possible an escape hatch in the roof)

13- If you can avoid it, then do.

14- Never, ever, ever, under any circumstances shall you EVER go anywhere alone (yes, this includes the bathroom)(void if everyone you've ever known/loved is a zombie)

15- Enjoy the little things. Like Tweeting ! @zarae313: Zombie chewing on my brother's legs...

16- Your mind is your most powerful weapon. Think, preferably outside the box (ex- need meds but the hospitals are all filled with Zack? Go to the vet/a pet store!)

17- Leave no doubt- know your way out!

18- Know your environment, use it to your advantage. No place is safe, only safer.

19- Tread carefully (watch where you're going and NEVER walk backwards)

20- Never give up

21- Calculus (Example- it takes you .75 seconds to hit a zombie in the head with a baseball bat and then prepare to strike again. If a zombie is withing 3 feet of you you can't wind up for a successful kiss-swing. It takes a zombie 3 seconds to walk 2 feet. The situation: you have 5 zombies walking towards you. Before you even prepare your first strike, look at the distance between each of them and determine if it will be possible for one of them to get within 3 feet of you while you dispatch the others. Plan out your kill order and know when you're going to need to back up (but remember rule 19!) The key is to 'Hit hard and hit often.'
22- 1 shot, 1 kill (slow is smooth, smooth is fast)

23- Never forget who you are. When we lose ourselves, when we lose our morals and values, we lose our humanity. And we become like them.

24- Know Thy Enemy. Information, knowledge and Intelligence ( synonym of information not to be confused with the ability to perceive and understand) is key to winning any war, let along a Zombie Apocalypse !
-Physical prowess. ie. Locomotor Skills, Speed and Eyesight. Romero v.s Runners
-Cognitive Skills.
-Lifespan?! Technically they are dead so....
-Mode of infection. How the virus spreads? Etc

25- DOUBLE TAP ! PEW PEW !!! x 2 Not necessarily be that of shooting or You'll run out of bullets twice as fast ! You just have to make sure that they are dead.

25b- Exception rule to #25 There's never enough time for just one more !

26- Your four greatest enemies- Thirst, Hunger, Fatigue, and Darkness. If you don't plan well for all of them you will become nom noms.

27- Avoid or befriend ?! Allies are an important assest in an apocalypse of any kind but beware, not everyone in an apocalypse can be as friendly as yours truly. There will and should be plenty of looters around so WATCH OUT !

28- Psychology of Fear. Okay, they’re ugly, scary, and makes terrifying moans. I get it. You’re scared. They don’t fucking care. So get over it.

Once again conflict arises. And once again with you in the picture. I seriously don't understand why you can't just spare a thought for me ?! Yes, I'm undecisive and timid and foolish and weak. But maybe this was why we became such good friends. Two alpha males cannot coexist without conflict, a fact we both know all so well. Maybe that was why I chose to reduce myself to be the sidekick.

The introverted one, choosing to avoid confrontation as much as I can. But at the same time I just wanted you to know. To know what I was feeling inside, that I was feeling irritated or frustrated. I know you'll do the same for me as well, because we are friends, I know that I can be stupid and frustrating to be with at times. But our friendship withstood the test of time. They feast in large amounts perpetually every single opportunity they can. Coupled with their inability to engage in exertive labour has allowed their cellolose-filled constitution to accrue further with every additional chocolate bar they ingest.

Its not their constant and voracious gorging that seems to be troubling, but rather the incessant lamenting that comes afterwards. All the nauseating groaning and moaning; all the "Oh my I'm getting fat!" "Freak, I feel so fat !" Blasphemous. Utterly blasphemous.

After draining of the very last drop of blood from his prey, the creature took the liberty of wiping his mouth with the back of his hand. He, of course would have preferred to use silken weave or at the very least cotton to clean himself but given the current circumstance, the back of his hand would have to suffice.

He inspected the area, looking for any last sign of supper before he continued to the next town. The cackling of tiny embers that littered the area made it distracting and burdensome for him. The town now reduced to a ghost town, some parts of town razed or undone by the monster in him. He now realised that he might have used just a tad too much strength and that clean up would have been painstaking and arduous; moving on would have been the smarter option.

He treaded the area ignoring the fact that the whole town square was strewn with the bodies of townsfolk, adults and adolescents alike. He eventually found some linen clothes to which to replace his own bloodied angora raiment, leather shoes that matched and some wine in a liquor store to rinse his mouth. Now cleaned, well-clothed and satiated, the demon child began his traverse to his hometown.

Next stop. Vinci, Florence.

The smell of freshly dug earth impregnated the air. A single hollow fissure in the ground stood out amongst its companion tombstones and graves. A cavity that measured exactly six feet deep.

The funny thing about this chasm is not because of the fact that it was empty neither was it because the sepulcher had dated back a few centuries ago. The funny thing was, that the hole was not unearthed from the outside, something had mauled its way through the rosewood loam.

The tungsten lighting flickered. The place was saturated in the stench of sweat and sewage. The paint on the walls and ceiling were beginning to peel, leaving the dirty cemented bricks beneath. Cigarette butts and toilet paper were pelted around the room. Grime stains carpeted the floor; blots of dried blood were splattered on one face of a wall.

A gentle "drip drip" of a leaking pipe reverberated in the background, falling like the ticking of a clock, causing heartbeats to beat along; a tempo far too quickly. The air was stifling and humid; it was warm which made it all the more smothering. It leaves a person with very little mood to think.

There are drag marks across the floor, numerous clawing on the walls and cracks in the edifice. One can almost feel the pain and fear emitted from the room, as though one was the victim in one of his numerous frolics in which he take much amusement from.

Make no mistakes. This is a place where memories are brought out. Wrongs made right. Where injustice and atrocities are trialed and accounted for. A place for vengeance and revenge, a holding cell whose sole purpose is to imprison and cage those sentenced to hell. There is absolutely no escaping from this room. Make no mistakes....this is where people are brought to die.

The lights flickered again. The sound of falling water fades into nothing. The process repeats.

Have any of you ever felt that weird angry sensation inside of you ?

I had my tooth... teeth (seeing that there were 2 of them) extracted yesterday. It was to get my mouth ready for the bracers that are going to come next week. ( WISH ME LUCK! ). The point is that the extraction...not really that painful coz of the anestethic that he injected me with. But now its like super hard to eat with the holes and the separators! Can't imagine the pain I would have to go through with the bracers on.... :(

Well...here goes !

The tip of the blade just barely touched his skin, slicing the air just as it missed.

The dodge made him lose his footing, causing him to collide with the ground.
The fall was greeted with massive applause from the colosseum fans.

The hero stood half standing, desperately trying to catch his breath and regain the lost momentum. Fighting to regain his head.

This was the closest brush with death. His strongest opponent yet.
He smiled to himself.
"Finally...the reaper's descend." With that, he lunged towards the contender.
